Poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(methyl acrylate) diblock copolymers with narrow molecular weight distributions were synthesized using atom transfer radical polymerization. The copolymers were used as micellar templates for the synthesis of mesoporous silicas. The products were characterized using small-angle X-ray scattering, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and nitrogen adsorption. The obtained silicas exhibited two-dimensional hexagonal structures of cylindrical mesopores, and thus can be classified as SBA-15 silicas. In some cases, the size of ordered domains was very small. The (100) interplanar spacings were 13–17 nm, depending on the size of the diblock copolymer used and on the synthesis conditions. Nitrogen adsorption showed that the silicas exhibited specific surface areas of 350–800 m2 g−1, pore volumes ∼1 cm3 g−1, and narrow pore size distributions. The BJH (nominal) pore diameters were up to ∼20 nm, but actual diameters of cylindrical pores are expected to be somewhat smaller. In many cases, the mesopores exhibited constrictions.  相似文献

In this article, we introduce the algebra of block-symmetric cylinders and we show that symmetric cylindrical constructions on base-graphs admitting commutative decompositions behave as generalized tensor products. We compute the characteristic polynomial of such symmetric cylindrical constructions in terms of the spectra of the base-graph and the cylinders in a general setting. This gives rise to a simultaneous generalization of some well-known results on the spectra of a variety of graph amalgams, as various graph products, graph subdivisions and generalized Petersen graph constructions. While our main result introduces a connection between spectral graph theory and commutative decompositions of graphs, we focus on commutative cyclic decompositions of complete graphs and tree-cylinders along with a subtle group labeling of trees to introduce a class of highly symmetric graphs containing the Petersen and the Coxeter graphs. Also, using techniques based on recursive polynomials we compute the characteristic polynomials of these highly symmetric graphs as an application of our main result.  相似文献

In response to a stimulus, a soft material deforms, and the deformation provides a function. We call such a material a soft active material (SAM). This review focuses on one class of soft active materials: dielectric elastomers. When a membrane of a dielectric elastomer is subject to a voltage through its thickness, the membrane reduces thickness and expands area, possibly straining over 100%. The dielectric elastomers are being developed as transducers for broad applications, including soft robots, adaptive optics, Braille displays, and electric generators. This paper reviews the theory of dielectric elastomers, developed within continuum mechanics and thermodynamics, and motivated by molecular pictures and empirical observations. The theory couples large deformation and electric potential, and describes nonlinear and nonequilibrium behavior, such as electromechanical instability and viscoelasticity. The theory enables the finite element method to simulate transducers of realistic configurations, predicts the efficiency of electromechanical energy conversion, and suggests alternative routes to achieve giant voltage-induced deformation. It is hoped that the theory will aid in the creation of materials and devices.  相似文献

Excitation of nonlinear waves in a quantum dusty plasma with various effects is analyzed when the geometry is cylindrical.This introduces the effect of finite boundary conditions on the solitary waves so generated. it is observed that the nonlinear equation deduced is cylindrical KP–Burger type leading to the generation of Shock Wave. Different situations which arises in various parameter regions are considered separately and the form of the nonlinear excitations are obtained explicitly.  相似文献

The integration of biomolecular logic principles with electronic transducers allows designing novel digital biosensors with direct electrical output, logically triggered drug‐release, and closed‐loop sense/act/treat systems. This opens new opportunities for advanced personalized medicine in the context of theranostics. In the present work, we will discuss selected examples of recent developments in the field of interfacing enzyme logic gates with electrodes and semiconductor field‐effect devices. Special attention is given to an enzyme OR/Reset logic gate based on a capacitive field‐effect electrolyte‐insulator‐semiconductor sensor modified with a multi‐enzyme membrane. Further examples are a digital adrenaline biosensor based on an AND logic gate with binary YES/NO output and an integrated closed‐loop sense/act/treat system comprising an amperometric glucose sensor, a hydrogel actuator, and an insulin (drug) sensor.  相似文献

针对压电换能器在大功率下存在复杂非线性而导致匹配参数难以优化的问题,以大功率超声金属焊接为例,通过采集测试焊接过程换能器两端电压的幅值与频率,建立换能器反谐振电阻与驱动电压有效值、频率之间的数学模型;提出基于反谐振电阻模型的最优功率匹配方法,推导了匹配电感电容的计算公式。最后实验验证了数学模型的准确性,且当换能器输入功率在最优功率附近时,匹配网络电能传输效率最高。  相似文献

Based on the extended Langmuir's method, accurate analytic expressions for the electrical properties of cylindrical colloidal particle in a solution of symmetric electrolyte are derived from the nonlinear cylindrical Poisson-Boltzmann equation. Comparison is made with previous literature results. The present formulae have good agreement with literature values and are quite simple for practical use.  相似文献

In this article, accurate analytic expressions of the surface charge density/surface potential and adsorption excesses for cylindrical reverse micelle in a solution of symmetric electrolyte are derived from the nonlinear cylindrical Poisson–Boltzmann equation. The hemispherical phased transducer maximizes the coverage of the skull and the ultrasonic energy per unit area of the skull is minimized, thereby reducing the risk of skull burns, but the transducer has a small focal area adjustment range, increasing the focal length of treatment is an urgent question for this type of transducer. In this paper, a three-dimensional high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) transcranial propagation model is established based on the human head structure. The finite difference time domain (FDTD) is combined with the Westervelt acoustic wave nonlinear propagation equation and Penne's biological heat conduction equation for numerical simulation of the sound pressure field and temperature field. Forming a treatable focal area in a small-opening hemispherical transducer with a small amount of numerical simulation calculation focusing at a set position to determine the minimum partial excitation area ratio of focusing. And then, applying these preliminary results to a large-opening diameter hemispherical transducer and the temperature field formed by it or full excitation is studied. The results show that the focus area with the excitation area ratio of less than 22% moves forward to the transducer side when the excitation sound is formed. When the excitation area ratio is greater than or equal to 23%, it focuses at the set position. In the case of partial incentives, using 23% of the partial array, the adjustable range of the treatable focal area formed in the three-dimensional space is larger than that of the full excitation.  相似文献
